Ellie Lawrence
Registered Nutritional Therapist Dip BCNH, mBANT, regCNHC
I specialise in working with men and women with digestive and metabolic issues to manage their symptoms and take back control of their health.
You may struggle with the pain and discomfort of IBS and bloating. Perhaps a recent blood test has shown high blood sugar levels and you are worried about heading down the road to diabetes.
When it comes to finding the right way to feel happier about your health, it can be difficult to know where to start. Advice can be conflicting and fail to bring any lasting results. As a registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I can help to bring you clarity through the confusion and get you on the right track to making significant changes to your health that last.
One of the main reasons that I decided to take a step away from my background in the charity sector and move into nutritional therapy is my fascination with how our diet and lifestyle can support our amazing bodies to work to their very best. This set off a spark within me that forms the basis of my approach today

About me
UNDERSTANDING MY CLIENTS
I listen to you to understand your symptoms, health history and health goals. Then, I work with you to develop an enjoyable and practical plan that is personalised to support your needs.
Everyone is different and so the support you receive should be too.

UNDERSTANDING THE SCIENCE
Nutrition is a science and therefore all of my recommendations are fully based on scientific research and evidence.
My training and expertise allow me to understand the science and translate it into practical, achievable nutrition and lifestyle advice so you don’t have to.
